Terms of Service

Effective and last updated: September 1, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of LTCRM. By using LTCRM, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organization you represent.

1. Provider and contact

LTCRM is provided by YATT Sobitxonov Nurilloxon Imommuhammadxon o'gli, Tashkent, Uzbekistan (“LTCRM”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Contact: snurillo05@gmail.com.

2. Business use and authority

LTCRM is intended for lawful business use by adults. If you accept these Terms for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. An organization administrator controls its workspace, memberships, roles, integrations, and customer data. Users must follow their organization's instructions and policies.

3. The service

LTCRM provides organization workspaces for contacts, leads, pipelines, tasks, activities, reports, team access, and supported integrations. Features may evolve. We may modify or discontinue a feature, schedule maintenance, or impose reasonable technical limits to maintain security, reliability, and lawful operation.

Unless separately agreed in writing, LTCRM does not provide emergency, accounting, legal, financial, or regulated-recordkeeping services. Users remain responsible for business decisions and for independently preserving records they are legally required to retain.

4. Accounts and security

  • Provide accurate account information and keep it current.
  • Keep credentials confidential and use only accounts assigned to you.
  • Use workspace roles carefully and remove access that is no longer needed.
  • Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access or security incidents.

The organization is responsible for activity performed through its accounts except to the extent directly caused by our breach of these Terms. We may require password changes, invalidate sessions, or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the service.

5. Customer data and instructions

As between the parties, the organization retains its rights in data it or its users enter, upload, or import (“Customer Data”). The organization grants us a limited right to host, copy, process, transmit, back up, and display Customer Data only as needed to provide, secure, support, and comply with law regarding LTCRM.

The organization is responsible for the legality, accuracy, quality, and source of Customer Data. It must have all permissions and provide all notices required to collect, import, use, contact, and share information about leads, customers, employees, and other people. Do not upload information that the organization is not entitled to process.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use LTCRM to:

  • break the law, violate privacy rights, or send unlawful or unsolicited communications;
  • store malicious code or content that infringes another person's rights;
  • probe, bypass, disable, or interfere with security or tenant isolation;
  • access another organization, user, or system without authorization;
  • overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service except where law forbids restriction;
  • resell or provide access to LTCRM without written permission; or
  • use the service for high-risk activity where failure could cause death, injury, or severe damage.

7. Google Sheets and third-party services

If an authorized administrator connects Google Sheets, the organization directs LTCRM to read the selected Sheet and import its rows. The organization confirms it is authorized to access and import that information. Current connections request read-only Sheets access; LTCRM does not request permission to edit the spreadsheet or browse Google Drive.

Google and other third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their availability or changes. You may disconnect Google, but imported CRM records and operational history are preserved unless they are separately deleted through a verified request. Our Google data practices are described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Privacy and confidentiality

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. We use reasonable safeguards for Customer Data and will not access or disclose it except to provide and secure the service, provide requested support, follow the organization's instructions, or comply with law. Each party must protect the other's non-public confidential information with reasonable care.

9. Fees

Any subscription term, fee, tax, payment schedule, renewal, or refund rule must be stated in a separate order or written agreement. These Terms do not by themselves create a charge. If paid service is agreed, the organization must pay the agreed fees and applicable taxes.

10. Intellectual property and feedback

We and our licensors retain all rights in LTCRM, including its software, design, documentation, branding, and improvements. These Terms give users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during authorized access. If you provide feedback, we may use it without obligation, but we will not identify you publicly without permission.

11. Suspension and termination

An organization may stop using LTCRM and request closure by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, unlawful use, security risk, non-payment under an agreed order, or where required by law. When practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

LTCRM does not currently include self-service workspace export or deletion. Requests are verified and handled operationally. Data may be retained after termination where needed for legal obligations, disputes, security, audit integrity, and protected backup expiry. Terms that by nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, liability, and governing law—will survive.

12. Warranties and service availability

We will use reasonable care to operate LTCRM. However, to the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, that every record can be recovered, or that third-party services will remain available. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, or lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data, arising from LTCRM. Our total aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the fees paid for LTCRM during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or, if no fees were paid, the equivalent of USD 100.

These limits do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or other non-excludable obligations under applicable law.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The parties will first try in good faith to resolve a dispute by written notice. Unless applicable law requires another forum, disputes not resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent courts in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

15. General terms

Neither party is liable for delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent, except as part of a lawful business reorganization that assumes the obligations. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and any written order or addendum form the agreement about LTCRM and replace prior statements on that subject.

16. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and updating the date above. For a material change, we will provide reasonable notice through the service or by email when appropriate. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using LTCRM and contact us about workspace closure.
